Face Lift

FACELIFT TURKEY

A complete surgical procedure called face lifting is intended to rejuvenate the aging face. Although there are numerous approaches, lifting the face is the primary objective. The tissues loosen and lose support as they get older. Loose tissue is also released by gravity.

Beneath the skin on our face is a layer called SMAS, which is made up of mimic muscles. Excess skin is removed during a traditional facelift by hanging or shortening this SMAS. The face lift procedure can be modified in a number of ways.

Before Face Lift Aesthetics

Prior to face lift surgery, the patient's face is assessed. Evaluations are conducted on excess tissue, skin quality, skin color, wrinkles, and patient expectations. It is discussed if combined procedures are necessary. It is recommended stop taking blood thinners seven days before surgery.

During Face Lift Aesthetics

A facelift is done while sedated with general anesthesia. Cuts can be made intraorally or on the lower eyelids, as well as behind and around the ear.

Combinations of neck lift, mid-face lift, injection of facial fat, and upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty are possible. Three to five hours pass during the procedure.

After Face Lift Aesthetics

Following face lift surgery, edema on the face is typical for ten days. During this time, mild facial asymmetries could exist. Asymmetries vanish as the edemas pass. After about two weeks, patients resume their regular lives. Compared to non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedures, face lifts are more permanent.

By taking good care of your skin, wearing sunscreen, getting enough sleep, maintaining a healthy diet, and treating neurotoxins, you can extend your ability to persist by an average of 10 years.

MID-FACE LIFT TURKEY

There are three distinct areas on the human face. Three regions: upper, mid, and lower. The mid-face is distorted by distortions on the upper face, the lower face is distorted by distortions on the mid-face, and the neck is distorted by the lower face.

The mid-face, which lies between the lips and eyes, is more vulnerable to aging symptoms, and the upper face contains stronger tissues overall. The term "mid-face lift" refers to the process of raising this area through the bone.

Before Mid-Face Lift Aesthetics

As we age, our cheekbones sag and our midface becomes less full. The lower lid opens wider. A noticeable lacrimal channel deformity appears. Less malar volume is produced. Deepening is the nasolabial curve.

Most people notice these deformities as they get older, but young people with weak soft tissues and inadequate bone support can also exhibit them. Mid-face elevation is achieved via surgical lifting.

The cheeks are raised. The space shrinks from the lower eyelid to the lip. Return of malar volume occurs. The nasolabial folds could disappear. During the pre-operative consultation for a patient who is scheduled to have a mid-face lift, the patient's face is thoroughly examined.

The eye sphere's location in relation to the bone below is assessed. The eye sphere is the more beautiful form because it is positioned behind the bone, which is a positive vector. Before the procedure, the patient will have additional interventions discussed.

Mid-Face Lift Aesthetic Procedure

During a mid-face lift, general anesthesia is used. Incisions can be made inside the mouth, from the temples, or from the lower eyelids, depending on the technique used.

In the subperiostal plan, the mid-face bone membrane is released, moved upward, and fastened. When done alone, the surgery takes 1.5–2 hours to complete. Patients who are older may benefit from combining a mid-face lift with a traditional short-scar face lift procedure.

In patients with inadequate bone support, implants may be positioned on the bone to provide volume. The "Bichat" fat tissue in the cheeks can be transferred to other areas of the face that lack volume, or a bichectomy can be done in the same session.

After Mid-Face Lift Aesthetics

The edema and pain in the head and face persist for a week following the mid-face lift procedure. Patients can resume normal daily activities after a week. Following surgery, the midface lifts up. The reverse triangle is visible, the cheekbones are displaced, and the cheeks are flatter.

Surgery for rejuvenation and beautification is known as a mid-face lift. It makes younger faces with insufficient triangulation more appealing and gives older patients a younger appearance.
